How do I find console logs on macOS?
When troubleshooting Datto RMM issues on macOS machines, Datto RMM Support frequently needs system and event information located in the console logs. This article discusses how to find the logs, gather them, and send them to Datto RMM Support.

On your macOS machine, press ? + space to launch the spotlight search, then type console and select Console in the menu.
- Right-click system.log in the left-hand menu, then click Reveal in Finder.
The system.log file will be displayed as a file icon in the log directory. Copy and paste it into your Datto RMM Support ticket.
