How do I preserve Autotask site mappings after a Datto RMM site rename?

To ensure that site mappings will remain intact after a site has been renamed, follow these steps:

1. After the rename, in Datto RMM, navigate to Setup > Integrations > Autotask.
2. Click the Sites tab.
3. Click Run New Analysis. Choose to keep existing mappings.
4. Once the mapping analysis finishes, review your site mappings and observe that your renamed site appears where applicable.
