How do I gather and share data on high memory use by the Datto RMM Agent?

If you experience high memory use issues caused by the Datto RMM Agent, we recommend the following actions:

  1. When high energy use occurs, run the Microsoft RAMMap tool on the affected device.
  2. Save the output and zip the .RMP file (it should compress to around 20 percent of the original size).
  3. Contact Datto RMM Support and open a service ticket. Attach the zipped .RMP file to the ticket. Refer to Kaseya Helpdesk.
