Automated deployment of the Datto RMM Agent using alternative tools

If you have just started with Datto RMM, you will first need to create sites to associate your devices with. Then, you will need to deploy Agents to your devices so you can see your devices in those sites within the platform. Refer to Creating or editing a site and Installing the Datto RMM Agent on servers, desktops, and laptops. This process can take a considerable amount time; however, if you are already established with an existing RMM service, you may be able to take advantage of the Datto RMM Onboarding Accelerator process. This process automates the course of creating Sites, and enrolling Agents, using your existing RMM’s layout as a template, while allowing you to make small adjustments (e.g. the names of Sites) before committing them to Datto RMM.

IMPORTANT  This is a chargeable service. For more information on using the Datto RMM Onboarding Accelerator to create your sites or deploy your Agents at scale, please contact your account manager or implementation manager.

NOTE  This tool is available by default only for partners who have a Datto RMM Pro or Platinum implementation package.
