Fixes
macOS Agent
- The macOS agent is now signed with an updated Kaseya certificate. This build is provided as an agent-only release so that online agents installed before the certificate update can receive it without a manual reinstall. Previously, macOS agents on version 11994 (12202 on Zinfandel) deployed before October 4, 2026 did not receive the updated certificate and were not updated automatically.
- Existing macOS agents on version 11994 (12202 on Zinfandel) now update to this version automatically. Devices that are offline, or that show a Malware Blocked message, still need the agent reinstalled.
- If the agent was installed before October 4, 2026, macOS asks for the agent's permissions again after the update, and someone at the Mac must approve them for Web Remote to work. Agents installed on or after October 4, 2026 already have the updated certificate and do not need to be approved again because of this update. Windows and Linux Agents
- There are no functional changes in the Windows and Linux agents. The version number was incremented, and the agents were rebuilt, to keep the agent versions aligned across platforms with this release.
