NOTE At the device level, the Manage tab is only available for desktops and laptops.
About your management options
Datto RMM helps you maintain peak performance at critical technology endpoints, such as servers, desktops, laptops, smartphones, and other devices. It can automate deployment of applications, software, patches, and configuration regardless of device location, domain or network, which provides you with powerful device management capability through a single platform.
The Manage tab is available at the account, site, and device level. Once you have located the tab, you have the following options to choose from:

Patch Management | Patch Management lets you manually select and approve the patches you wish to install on a single device, a set of devices in a site, or all your devices in your account. Refer to Patch Management - Legacy UI. | |||
Software Management | Only available for Windows and macOS devices. Software Management allows you to install third-party software applications automatically or at a scheduled time and keep them up to date to ensure software compliance of your managed devices. (Deprecated) Backup Management |
IMPORTANT The Datto BCDR Integration is no longer available. It has been replaced by the Datto Continuity Integration in the New UI. Refer to Datto Continuity Integration. Therefore, the Datto RMM Backup Management functionality is also no longer available. |

Security Management | Security Management becomes available once the Webroot Endpoint Security Integration has been downloaded and configured for your account. You will then be able to report on the current status of your device estate protected by Webroot. Refer to Security Management - Legacy UI. |
