How can I create Datto RMM sites from pre-existing Autotask organizations?

Organizations created in Autotask do not automatically create corresponding Datto RMM sites. However, using the Autotask Integration in Datto RMM, you can create and map new Datto RMM sites.

1. In Datto RMM, navigate to Setup > Integrations > Autotask.
2. Click the Sites tab.
3. Click Run New Analysis.
4. Once the mapping analysis finishes, observe the Autotask organizations that have no corresponding Datto RMM site or applicable suggested matching site.
5. In the Sites column for those rows, select the option prefixed with New -. These selections are displayed in a light blue color for easier identification.
   This action will be recorded in the Activity Log. Refer to Activity Log.
   The new site will be added to your list of sites in Datto RMM (once the mapping is saved) and will not include the New - prefix in its name once created. To learn about managing sites in Datto RMM, refer to Sites.
