NAVIGATION Legacy UI > Setup > Billing
On the Billing page, you can review the details of your Datto RMM account and access the Billing Portal to pay your invoices.
|Account Name||The name of the company Datto is billing for Datto RMM.|
|Account ID||The unique identifier of your Datto RMM account.|
|Account Status||Indicates the status of your account:
|Managed Devices||The number of Managed devices used of your device limit.
The following device types consume Managed device licenses:
NOTE Datto Networking and Datto Continuity devices do not count toward your Managed device limit.
When your account exceeds either its Managed device or Ransomware Detection license limit (or both), both the legacy UI and the New UI will inform you about this by displaying a banner.To learn how to self-provision additional licenses without contacting Datto, refer to Licenses.
|OnDemand Devices||The number of OnDemand devices used.
NOTE OnDemand devices have their own license type and do not count toward your Managed device limit. For information about OnDemand license limit and pricing, please contact your Account Manager.
- Click the View and Pay Your Invoices hyperlink to open Datto Partner Portal.
- Log in and navigate to Purchasing & Billing where you can access and pay your invoices.
NOTE If you can log in to Datto Partner Portal but do not have access to Purchasing & Billing, contact your Account Manager.

This functionality has been deprecated. For information about how to access and pay your invoices, refer to Billing in Datto Partner Portal.
You can self-provision additional licenses on the Licenses page in the New UI. Refer to Licenses.
NOTE Datto RMM has a 10% buffer to ensure that you don't lose connectivity to your devices when your account has reached its limit. However, any devices added above that buffer will not be able to connect to the Datto RMM platform, and an error message will be logged in the Datto RMM Agent log file. Refer to Agent log files.
