Kaseya 365 includes 20 essential automations powered by your Kaseya 365 component integrations. Many of these integrations are facilitated through or include Datto RMM.

The five core automation categories are defined as follows:

Endpoint Shortcut: Any time a system provides a Web Remote button that can shortcut you directly to the endpoint in question.

SmartLook: Any time a system provides context-aware information.

True-Sync: Any time two systems share data or status information that remains accurate in both locations or systems.

One-Deploy: Any time a system pushes a setup, organization, or configuration item from one place to another.

SafeCheck: Any time a system automatically rejects, reports, or provides an alert on a potential security issue.
